How We Review Sportsbooks and Exchanges
When it comes to analyzing sportsbooks, DFS sites, or, in this case, exchanges, our methodology is built on a foundation of objectivity. This means we take a deep dive into numerous factors to determine whether a sports betting platform makes the cut for your bets. And that’s exactly our approach for this Sporttrade analysis.
- Bonuses. First and foremost, bonuses capture our attention—and for good reason. They’re the highlight for many bettors. We meticulously assess the bonuses offered by the sportsbook, scrutinizing their value and the fine print that accompanies them. Our aim? To ensure you’re met with the most enticing bonus offers out there. Never pass up a good deal.
- Sports betting options. Diversity in betting options is crucial. We take a look at the variety of sports and types of bets a sportsbook provides, keeping an eye out for unique or innovative offerings that set a platform apart. We think Sporttrade might be onto something here.
- User experience. Navigating a clunky website or app is the last thing any bettor wants. We’ve been there, and we share your frustration. That’s why we evaluate the user interface’s design and functionality, ensuring it’s user-friendly and supports a seamless betting experience.
- Customer insights. While our review is comprehensive, we also incorporate feedback from actual users of the sportsbook. Real-world experiences and opinions greatly influence our review, helping us to provide a well-rounded view while striving to minimize any bias.
- Customer support. The significance of efficient customer service cannot be overstated. We assess the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer support team, ensuring you have access to assistance whenever you need it.
With that, we need to see how Sporttrade stacks up in these areas.
Sporttrade Has a Bonus Offer You Can’t Refuse!
Taking a look at the offer on the table by Sporttrade, it’s hard not to get excited over it. They’re really coming out swinging this month with one of the better offers in the industry.

Of course, other sportsbooks offer bonuses, and sometimes they’re better than this. But for a newer exchange, that’s not a bad deal. We wouldn’t pass that up.
Although this type of bonus isn’t unheard of, seeing it as a welcome offer is unusual. Here’s how the Sporttrade bonus stacks up to other top sportsbooks.
Unique Betting Options You Won’t Find at Other Sportsbooks
While we call Sporttrade a sportsbook, it’s really not. Though, given that we need to compare Sporttrade to other like-market brands such as DraftKings, BetMGM, and Caesars, we’re looking at it through the lens of a sportsbook.
Sporttrade is an exchange. The big difference between a sportsbook and an exchange is whom you’re placing bets against.
In traditional sportsbooks, you’re placing bets against the house. However, Sporttrade flips this model on its head. Here, you’re betting against other individuals, not the platform. This is a lot like Prophet Exchange which is available in New Jersey as well.
This fundamental shift opens up a myriad of unique betting options that you won’t find elsewhere. It allows for dynamic odds, driven by supply and demand, similar to financial markets or one of our favorite DFS sites, Jock MKT.
This means more competitive odds and the opportunity for arbitrage.
You can also ‘trade’ your bets, buying and selling positions on outcomes as the game progresses, much like trading stocks.
This innovative approach not only adds an exciting layer of strategy to betting but also democratizes the process, giving more power to the user.
Is the exchange model for everyone? Not necessarily. Many really enjoy this type of sports betting, while others like the simplicity that comes with betting against the house.
Surprisingly Smooth User Experience
We must admit that there’s a lot of data when it comes to sports trading, just like the stock market, so we were concerned the UI might be a little cluttered or difficult to navigate.
That’s not the case.
In fact, Sporttrade has done a superb job at putting everything together within its app and website.
The layout is intuitive, making it easy for both beginners and seasoned traders to navigate the site and find the markets they’re after. Navigation is streamlined, allowing users to move between different sections such as the markets and trades smoothly. Key features and data points are highlighted clearly, ensuring that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips without feeling overwhelmed.
On top of all of that, the responsive design of the app and website means that whether you’re on your desktop or mobile device, the experience remains consistently high quality.
Sporttrade’s emphasis on user experience shines through in these thoughtful design choices. Because of this, we’re giving Sporttrade high remarks for their design and user interface.
The Sporttrade App is too New to Completely Grasp User Sentiment
As we mentioned, we like to see what others say about a sports betting platform. This keeps everything unbiased and objective.
Google Play Store | NA | NA | No Reviews Yet |
---|---|---|---|
Apple App Store | 4.7 | 200+ | Only Available in AZ, CO & NJ |
However, Sporttrade does not have enough customer reviews to completely understand how users feel. So, with that, we’ll use what we have.
Although Sporttrade was founded in 2018 in New Jersey immediately after the repeal of PASPA, they’ve yet to garner a large enough following to produce a lot of reviews. A lot of that has to do with their limited market availability in only Colorado, New Jersey, Iowa, and recently Arizona; although, our source informed us that they have plans to expand in Iowa in the coming months.
Despite this, we did notice the reviews on the Apple App Store give it quite a bit of praise. Most users give Sporttrade accolades for the betting format more than anything. That’s probably because it’s so unique yet fun. Others rave about the app’s layout and ease of use.
That is enough to confirm our suspicions about the sports betting exchange, though we wish there were reviews on the Google Play Store so we could get that side of the story.
We’ll revisit the customer insights as more reviews and ratings are published on both app stores.
Is the Sporttrade Customer Service Legit?
If you’ve ever tried a new app and got frustrated because it’s not working as advertised or it’s simply confusing then you know the value of a solid customer support team. Fortunately, this is an area where Sporttrade shines.
The slowest way to get a hold of Sporttrade representatives but a sure shot way is through email at support@getsporttrade.com | |
Live Chat | Although you must be logged in with an account, live chat offers 24/7 support for all users. |
Request a Callback | Fill out the form and leave your number and Sporttrade will call you back shortly. Request Callback |
X/Twitter | Sporttrade reps also frequent X where you can send them a DM anytime @sporttrade_app |
Their customer service team is not only responsive but also incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring that any queries or issues are addressed promptly.
Whether it’s a question about how to place a bet, understanding the nuances of market movements, or technical support, the team is on standby to help.
One of the best things is that they offer several communication channels to get a hold of a Sporttrade representative. These include email, live chat, callback, and a comprehensive FAQ section on their website, covering a wide range of topics.
When we reached out to their support team via email we received a response within 4 hours. For the live chat, we waited only 3 minutes to discuss an issue with a representative. For the call back, they offer 2 hour windows for them to call or text you and they were able to accommodate us on that.
All in all, we’re impressed with the service Sporttrade is providing its users.
The Verdict on our Sporttrade Review
Sporttrade impresses with its innovative exchange model, allowing bets against other individuals rather than the house, which provides flexibility and competitive odds. It’s not like anything else you’ve bet on; we’re sure of it.
Its user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it accessible for both new and experienced bettors.
The customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring queries are swiftly addressed.
Although feedback is still gathering due to its recent introduction and limited availability in Arizona, Colorado, New Jersey, and Iowa, initial user reviews are positive, which is a good indicator that they’re heading in the right direction.
Taking into account its fresh approach to sports betting, solid customer support, and seamless user experience, we rate Sporttrade a strong 4.5 out of 5.0. We’d like to see them get more popular and expand into other states.
