How We Review DFS Sites

Not too bad. We’ve seen hundreds of promotions and bonus codes, and this is one of the best ones we’ve seen from any DFS platform. Of course, you’ll see much better promos at sportsbooks, but they have a lot more funding to throw around.

As if the welcome offer wasn’t good enough, they also encourage users to refer their friends to the platform. For every friend who signs up and simply verifies their email address and enters one contest, you’ll get $5 deposited to your ParlayPlay account.

Parlays Are in the Name

After we created our ParlayPlay account and started navigating around, we realized that ParlayPlay is super simple.

They only have one game type — parlay picks.

At first, that might sound like a negative attribute to only have a single game type, but it’s actually a relief. No more scrolling through endless game options, trying to decide what to play. ParlayPlay keeps things simple and focused on one game type, making it easier for players to jump in and start playing.

Right from the home screen of the app or the website, you can choose which sport you want—

• NFL
• NBA
• NHL
• MLB
• eSports
• Soccer
• UFC

Once you pick which sport you want to pick, you’re presented with players and their over/under options.

For example, Kyle Pitts for the Atlanta Falcons was showing 35.5 receiving yards and 3 receptions. You select which stat you want and then choose whether he’ll be over or under that number.

But it’s a parlay — hence the name ParlayPlay.

So you have to pick at least one more player and stat combo. However, you can pick more and win more.

All In vs. Insured

Of course, they realize that parlays are inherently difficult to win. So, to help out the players, ParlayPlay has provided an insured option. The chart above shows if you’re all in, meaning you have to win all picks to get the payout.

However, with insurance, you don’t have to win all of the picks to walk away with some cash. But, with the reduced risk comes reduced payouts.

Whether you want to go “all in” like a traditional parlay or leverage the insurance option is up to your risk tolerance.

Free to Play Contests

Like all DFS platforms, ParlayPlay also offers a few free-to-play tournaments. These are tournaments with thousands of contestants that play for absolutely free but can win real cash prizes.

These games are limited to 10,000 entrants but offer prizes for the top 50 players. The best part is that it costs you nothing.

You simply make 8 picks, and then, based on the results, you rise up through the leaderboard.

ParlayPlay Has a Smooth Yet Simple App and Website

One of the things we appreciated about ParlayPlay was its user interface. It’s simple yet effective. The app and website are both clean, easy to navigate, and load quickly.

The homepage is where you’ll find your contests. Just select which sport you want and then what picks you want. 

It’s that easy.

Then, in the menu, you’ll find the Free2Play games, rewards, and your picking history.  

Your account options are also located in the menu, making it easy to access your profile and make any necessary changes, check your referrals, and withdraw any funds.

Overall, we were very pleased with the user interface of ParlayPlay. It made playing on their platform an enjoyable experience without any technical difficulties or frustrations.

To get an idea of what others think about ParlayPlay, we jumped over to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to check out the reviews and ratings.

Overall, the majority of users seem to enjoy using ParlayPlay. The app has a high rating on both platforms, and many users specifically mention the simplicity and ease of use as major positives.

Some users do mention issues with depositing or withdrawing funds, but these seem to be isolated incidents and not indicative of a larger problem. Most of the reviews were generally positive. After all, you don’t get the ratings ParlayPlay has with a bad product.  

There are always going to be a few issues with any platform, but overall, it seems that customers have had positive experiences with ParlayPlay.

Customer Support

Got a problem with the app (as some reviews might have indicated)? Then, you’ll want to check out their customer support.  

They offer a comprehensive FAQ section on their website that covers most common user issues. In fact, we were blown away by how comprehensive their FAQ section is. From gameplay to withdraws and deposits and responsible gaming — ParlayPlay has covered it all.

However, there might be an instance in which you need something a bit deeper. 

For more specific inquiries, you can submit a ticket through the app or website and get assistance from their support team.

They also have an email option, which took them less than 24 hours to respond to our request.  

The downside is that we didn’t find a phone number or chat option for immediate help. So, as long as things are going smoothly for you, we don’t see any issues.

Overall, we were pleased with the customer support options provided by ParlayPlay. Sure, it would be nice to have a chat or phone option, but the FAQ section and email support seem to cover most issues that users may encounter.

The Final Verdict. Ready to Get In On ParlayPlay?

After reviewing dozens of sportsbooks and DFS sites, we think we’ve seen it all and know a thing or two about what makes a great platform. In the end, we were thoroughly impressed with ParlayPlay and think it has a lot to offer for sports fans and DFS players alike.
