Underdog NBA Props for Wednesday, December 27

Happy Wednesday, everyone! We hope you all had a great holiday season and that you’re looking forward to 2024. 2023 has been good to us so far on NBA player props, and with just six games on the slate tonight, we are dialed in and ready to go.

Here are our top three favorite player props for tonight’s action, which can be found on Underdog.
Best of luck to you tonight!

Tyus Jones UNDER 6 Assists

Tyus Jones has put together an up-and-down season for the Washington Wizards. At times, he can look like a legitimate facilitator, someone any team would want to have on their roster.

In other games, he can look far more pedestrian, taking a backseat to some of the other stars on the roster. This could be a tough battle for the Wizards against the Toronto Raptors, and with points potentially challenging to come by, we do not like Jones’ odds to record 6+ assists.

Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 49.5 Points, Rebounds And Assists

Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of our favorite players to bet on this season. He remains one of the most explosive players in the league and is fun to watch whenever he steps on the hardwood.

The Milwaukee Bucks take on the Brooklyn Nets tonight, a matchup that favors Antetokounmpo’s chances of going over on his PRA. This is for a few reasons. One reason is that the Nets are a good team, and they should stick around in this game, making Antetokounmpo play the entire time.

Another reason is that historically, he seems to play well against the Nets. He has averaged 55 PRA in their last five matchups, and if historical trends are any indication, he shouldn’t have a problem doing that again this week.

Luka Doncic Under 36.5 Points

We understand that Luka Doncic is still among the best players in the NBA. He continues to dominate his competition, but for whatever reason, he hasn’t been able to put up massive numbers against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

He hasn’t achieved more than 36 points in any of his eight career games versus the Cavaliers, and 36.5 is a high number for us to believe tonight.

We’re taking the under in this spot, believing that the Cavs’ defense will continue to stop Doncic from having a masterful game.
