Tuesday’s NBA schedule is kind of light but the Bucks vs. Pacers matchup should be highly entertaining. Both teams are trying to find their form again after some tough beats. Milwaukee has lost three in a row and Indiana has dropped two straight.
A ton of star players are listed as game-time decisions, so keep that in mind if you’re putting action down on this one. Check out our betting preview for all the info you need on Bucks vs. Pacers. Enjoy the game, folks!
Most online sportsbooks opened this point spread at Milwaukee -2.5 on the lookahead line yesterday. That was a little bit shocking to most people, especially since the Bucks have been struggling on the highway lately. Are the books underestimating the Pacers’ home court edge?
The total has been pretty nuts, to say the least. The line opened at 232.5, but a ton of Over money has pushed the line to its current number of 236. That’s kind of a shocking move when you consider that both Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard are listed as game-time decisions for the Bucks. Tyrese Haliburton is also listed as a game-time decision for the Pacers.

BetMGM is being extra generous this morning with Siakam’s assist total. Sure, the -160 juice is kind of disappointing, but look at where every other sportsbook has this line. BetRivers this Under juiced to -182 and FanDuel is even higher than that at -174.
Siakam is a decent scorer and he’s the top rebounder on this Indiana squad. That being said, the 6’8″ forward has never been a big-time assists guy, as he’s averaging just 3.3 per game this season. Siakam’s median assists number is also just 3, so there’s some value in Under 3.5, even at the -130 juice.

Haliburton is supposed to be back in Indiana’s starting lineup tonight even though he’s listed as questionable due to a hip injury. The Pacers star point guard has missed the last week of action, and I think he only plays limited minutes in this one. I don’t expect Haliburton to get his normal 34-minute workload, which is the main reason I like this Under.
Tyrese’s median rebounding number is just 3 this season, so there’s a touch of value in Under 3.5. The Bucks are also a tough matchup for Haliburton in the rebounding department, as they rank a respectable 16th in that category. Indiana ranks an abysmal 29th. Give me the Under!
