Happy Thursday, everyone! You might not have been the happiest camper if you tailed our picks on Tuesday. Ja Morant unexpectedly went off in his first game back, and Brook Lopez decided to be silent on the boards.
While it was a tough night for our picks, we’re confident tonight will tell a different story! Everyone has their off days, but we’re ready to get back to it, hopefully sweeping the board with our plays tonight.
With eight games on the slate, we’ve scoured the board for our favorite player props on Underdog. Take a look at the below, and let us know if you’re tailing!
As always, best of luck! Let’s put some extra cash in our pockets heading into the holidays.
Victor Wembanyama’s rookie season has been somewhat of a roller coaster. He might have started slowly, but he is beginning to come into his own, becoming a great player every night for the San Antonio Spurs. The team might not be playing as well as they would have hoped, but Wembanyama seems like he was worthy of the No. 1 overall pick.
When looking ahead to the Spurs’ matchup tonight, we love the over on Wembanyama’s rebounding total. Sure, 13 boards looks like a lot on paper, but the Spurs’ opponent is the Chicago Bulls.
He’ll likely have either Nikola Vucevic or DeMar DeRozan guarding him, who don’t stack up well against the big man. Look for Wemby to dominate the boards tonight, getting closer to 20 rebounds than 13.
The Milwaukee Bucks have an intriguing matchup with the Orlando Magic tonight. While the Bucks are on an impressive run that has kept them atop the Eastern Conference, the Magic are close behind them, as they are fourth in the East.
They have surprised many throughout the year, which has resulted in a remarkable season. This won’t be the cakewalk it has been in years past, leaving players like Giannis Antetokounmpo to put forth a lot of minutes in this game.
If he plays the 32+ minutes that we anticipate he will, Antetokounmpo should easily hit the over on 17.5 combined rebounds and assists. We wouldn’t be shocked if he got at least 15 boards in this one, a sign that he will play extra hard.
Anthony Edwards has quickly turned into a superstar for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He is a massive reason for the team’s impressive start to the year and is viewed as one of the NBA’s best young players.
Edwards has recently released a signature shoe, a further sign that he is viewed positively in the public eye. Edwards is a scoring machine, and he should have a big game in a marquee matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Edwards looks up to LeBron James and would love a massive game against his idol. Let’s play the Over on this one!
