We like Nikola Vucevic to go over 15.5 points as one of our PrizePicks props for Wednesday.
We went 2-1 with our NBA player props last night. Kevin Love gave us a scare by hitting an early 3-pointer, but he cooled off enough to still hit our under 1.5 ticket on him. Fred VanVleet also got the job done for us by easily staying under his point total.
Our only downer was on Jaren Jackson, who hit his only 2 three-point attempts to burn our under. That kept us from the perfect 3-0 sweep, which was obviously a bummer. Nevertheless, a 2-1 evening was good enough to cash our Flex Play.
Let’s keep the positive vibes flowing with 3 PrizePicks NBA Props for Wednesday, March 29. Best of luck with all of your plays.
Dinwiddie has been an assist machine ever since he came over to Brooklyn in the Kyrie Irving trade. He’s averaged 3 more assists per game with the Nets than he did with the Mavs. The former Colorado Buffalo has also dished out an average of 9.6 assists over his last 5 games.
We love the fact that SI Sportsbook is juicing this Over at -150. A few other sportsbooks are in the mid-140s as well, which tells us that we’re on the more likely outcome by taking the Over.
The matchup should also be in Dinwiddie’s favor tonight against Houston. The Rockets are one of the worst defenses in the league. They rank 23rd in assists allowed and 27th in defensive efficiency.
King James finally returned to the starting lineup for the Lakers after an extended stint on the injured list. With LA still fighting to get back to .500, look for James to play some extended minutes down the stretch. More minutes on the floor should equal more rebounds.
Ironically enough, James’ first game back was against this same Bulls team just 3 days ago. He grabbed 8 rebounds in that contest, and we think he’ll rack up at least that many boards tonight. Chicago ranks just 24th in the league in rebounding, so the matchup should be in James’ favor.
We like the fact that PointsBet and Unibet are both juicing the Over at -145 and -141, respectively. It also doesn’t hurt that James has gone over this rebounding number in 31 of 48 games this season. Take the Over!
Every once in a while, PrizePicks is asleep at the wheel, and they misprice a number. This is one of those occasions, and we’ll hop on board. Seven sportsbooks in the US market have this number set at 16.5 instead of 15.5.
For the season, Vucevic is averaging 17.5 points per game, which immediately made us lean toward the Over. He’s also gone over this point total in 44 of 75 ball games this year. Current form is also in our favor, as Vucevic has gone over this number in 7 of his last 10.
Vucevic should have an easy time scoring tonight against the Lakers, who rank just 23rd in paint points allowed. Vucevic has scored 16 points or more in 6 of his last 7 games against the Lake Show. Let’s make it a 3-0 Over sweep tonight!
