Knicks vs. Pacers Predictions: 3 Player Props for Game 4 on May 27
Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals is officially here! After looking rather dead through two games, the New York Knicks were able to pull one out in Indiana, clawing back in the series to make it 2-1.
They have an opportunity to even the series tonight, something the Minnesota Timberwolves were unable to do at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder last night. We’ve put together our favorite player props from Underdog, hoping to sweep the board in what could be an exciting game. Let’s get into our top picks!
Karl-Anthony Towns OVER 21.5 Points
Karl-Anthony Towns was the biggest reason the Knicks won Game 3, and he should be an important contributor in Game 4 if they want any hope of winning this one. Jalen Brunson has been solid, for the most part, but the team can’t rely on him to be a star every night, especially in the scoring column.
We like Towns’ odds of having 22+ points in another game, especially since he’s reached this mark in two of three games this series. The Knicks’ season could depend on a strong game from Towns, and we’re excited to see what he can do.
Tyrese Haliburton UNDER 21.5 Points
Tyrese Haliburton is a very hot and cold player when it comes to scoring production. He can go off for some impressive totals (see his 31-point performance in Game 1), but he can also be lackluster in this area, as evidenced by his 14-point outing in Game 2.
This isn’t a must-win game for the Pacers by any means, and while we don’t suspect that Haliburton will take his foot off the gas entirely, we do think he’s not going to be a prolific scorer in this one. With all of that in mind, we’re fading his point total tonight.
Josh Hart OVER 8.5 Rebounds
Josh Hart continues to be one of the best rebounding guards in the league. He’s someone the Knicks can rely on in big situations, and they’ll need him to have a big night in the rebounding category if they want to take the Pacers down.
KAT should have a big scoring night, and on his misses, Hart should be there to clean up the scraps, getting to the rim and tenaciously rebounding. He could easily have a double-double tonight if the scoring numbers are there, but for now, we’re just taking the over on his rebounding line.
