Fight fans are thrilled that UFC 300 has finally arrived! As you might expect, the card is absolutely loaded. We’ve found 3 best bets for Periera vs. Hill. Good luck, and enjoy all of the action!
Hill has not fought since he defeated Glover for the title back in January of 2023. He relinquished his title while he recovered from surgery and is now hungry to regain it. On his way to Glover, he picked up 3 straight KO/TKO victories over some veteran light heavyweight competitors.
Hill is facing Pereira who has blitzed through his opponents and made rather easy work of Jiri Prochazka for the title. However, Hill has some serious power in his punches and we don’t believe Pereira has felt anything like that before.
It is one thing to get KOd by Izzy in the middleweight division, but Hill has way more power and we believe that is going to cause issues for Pereira. This should be a great main event that will be just standing and striking, which plays to Hill’s advantage.
The oddsmakers continue to underestimate Holloway. The only loss in his last 5 fights was to Volkanovski. The man has an absolute iron jaw and has yet to be knocked out in 32 professional fights.
That jaw will certainly be tested against Gaethje in this fight but we believe Max will once again remain on his feet. This should be an absolute slugfest and with Gaethje being unable to put Max away, his frustration will grow and begin to give Max openings in the exchanges.
He may even be worth a sprinkle to win by KO/TKO at +700.
Bo Nickal is a massive favorite and should have no problem taking Brundage down and either executing a submission or just putting him away with some ground and pound. For Weili, she is facing fellow countrywoman Yan Xiaonan who has been impressive by picking up a majority decision over Mackenzie Dern followed by a KO of Jessica Andrade.
However, Weili’s striking is just too good and her ability for timely takedowns should be enough to pick up a decision victory here at worst. Lastly, Tsarukyan faces the ever-dangerous Charles Oliveira.
Both men knocked out Dariush in the 1st round of their previous fights but Tsarukyan just seems to be on another level right now. He will be ready for Oliveira’s sub attempts and will keep this on the feet where his superior striking will be the key to his victory.
