Chargers at Raiders – Best Player Props and Underdog Pick’em Targets for TNF

Will this week’s Thursday Night Football game be a good experience for NFL fans? TNF has been hit or miss throughout the year, with many matchups underwhelming expectations. While it’s not necessarily a marquee matchup on paper this week, the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders will still play their hearts out, hoping to give fans something to look forward to.

This game will be an unfortunate reminder that Justin Herbert is out for the season, as Easton Stick will be the team’s starting quarterback, at least for this week.

With all that in mind, we have studied the board, hoping to find the best possible value for player props. We put together our three favorite props, making this game worth watching. Let’s get into it!

Eric Kendricks – Over 6.5 Tackles & Assists

We don’t typically put out a lot of defensive player props, but this line was too good to pass up. Eric Kendricks has been a beast throughout the season, one of the best defensive players on this team. We expect him to have great success against the Raiders’ lackluster offensive line, getting to the quarterback and the rest of the team’s skill-position players. Kendricks should have at least seven tackles in this game, giving us relatively easy cash.

Austin Ekeler – Over 4 Receptions

We are still determining the future with Stick at QB for the Chargers. We can only go off of what we have experienced thus far. Ekeler had five catches in the Chargers’ last game, a matchup with Stick coming in for Herbert. With a whole week to get acclimated, we’re confident that Ekeler and Stick will be in a great position to succeed. Ekeler should be available for dump-off passes if his quarterback gets into trouble. Look for Ekeler to have a big receiving night, hitting the over on his reception prop of four.

Michael Mayer – Under 19.5 Receiving Yards

At the beginning of the season, Raiders fans were excited, as Michael Mayer seemed to have a significant role in the offense. He was a highly touted player coming into the year and was supposed to unlock a new level of productivity in the Raiders passing game. While he had a few good games early on, he hasn’t necessarily had the same success with Aidan O’Connell.

As has Mayer’s production, the Raiders’ offense has been up and down throughout the year. We’re not confident in his current role with the team, so we’re taking the under on his receiving yardage total on TNF.
