TNF: Best Player Props for Jets at Browns

Happy Thursday! Tonight’s iteration of Thursday Night Football marks the start of Week 17. With just two weeks to go until the playoffs start, teams are trying to make one final push to either solidify their spot in the playoffs or, if they are already in, get a higher seed.

The Cleveland Browns can clinch their playoff berth with a win over the New York Jets tonight. We like their chances of getting this done, especially since Trevor Siemian is getting the starting nod for the Jets tonight.

With this in mind, let’s look at our favorite player props from Underdog for this contest, hoping to hit it big with our Browns selections.

Breece Hall OVER 42.5 Rushing Yards

We might not be sure about Siemian’s efficiency in the passing game, but Breece Hall seems inevitable at this point. It doesn’t matter who the defensive matchup is; Hall finds a way to break the game open with his elite rushing, power, and vision.

He has rushed for 43+ yards in five games this year but is coming off a 95-yard performance against the Washington Commanders. Look for Hall to assemble a big game despite the Jets being eliminated from playoff contention.

Joe Flacco OVER 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (1.5x Boost!)

We’re not quite sure why Underdog has this play with a boost, but we’re excited about the possibility of capitalizing on it! Joe Flacco has been a beast since joining the Browns, which is a significant reason they are in a position to clinch a playoff spot.

He has thrown for at least two touchdowns in every game he has started for this team, and while the Jets have an elite defense, that hasn’t seemed to matter for Flacco. Let’s attack this boost tonight; hoping Flacco gets this done by the end of the first half!

Amari Cooper OVER 4.5 Receptions

Amari Cooper’s line is also puzzling to us. He is coming off a game with 11 receptions, and Underdog has his line set at 4.5? We understand he’s questionable, but if he suits up, this is a must-play line for us.

Cooper has been Flacco’s No. 1 target over the past two weeks, something we’re not anticipating slowing down against the Jets. In a must-win game, look for Flacco to get the ball in the hands of his best pass-catcher.
