Best Player Prop Bets for NFL Week 5

Week 5 of the NFL Season is upon us. Crazy to think that the season is nearly a third over already! This year has flown by thus far, and we’re hoping things slow down soon.

Week 5 is the first week of the season with bye weeks, as the Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Los Angeles Chargers all get the week off.

The good news is that we have still plenty of good teams facing off this week. We’ve looked at Sunday’s slate of games, studied the matchups, and have put together our top three favorite player props from Underdog. Let’s take a closer look at these three plays!

Stefon Diggs OVER 82.5 Receiving Yards

The combination of Stefon Diggs and Josh Allen has been lethal this season. The Buffalo Bills are thriving with a 3-1 record, looking to make that 4-1 by beating the Jacksonville Jaguars in London this week.

The Jaguars have allowed a receiver to gain over 83 yards in three of four games this season, and none of them are the caliber of Diggs.

They let Jonnu Smith, Tank Dell and Michael Pittman Jr. have their way with them, and we’re expecting Diggs to also expose their secondary. Look for Diggs to have north of 100 yards again this week, crushing the over on this line of 82.5.

Mark Andrews OVER 0.5 Touchdowns

After a slow start to the season, Mark Andrews is on an absolute tear. The combination of he and Lamar Jackson is second only to Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.

Andrews scored two touchdowns last week against the Cleveland Browns, a trend we think will continue against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers allowed a touchdown to Dalton Schultz last week, one of his three catches on the day.

Andrews has been a consistent threat in the red zone, something the Steelers have had a difficult time defending against. Plus, this line is juiced on Underdog, as they’ve given 1.5x on this line. Look for Andrews to score in this game, and for you to get a bit of extra money in your pocket as a result.

Anthony Richardson OVER .5 Rushing/Receiving Touchdowns

Anthony Richardson has rushed for at least one touchdown in each of his last three games. Why would we expect that streak to end against the Tennessee Titans?

Richardson is the Indianapolis Colts’ goal line back until Jonathan Taylor returns to play, and he has proven to be worth their massive investment.

Plus, similar to Andrews’ line, Underdog has this one juiced to 1.25x. Let’s get after it this week with some awesome bonuses!
