4 NBA Player Props for Tuesday, May 14: Will Christian Braun Get More Minutes?

Happy Tuesday to all! Did you watch last night’s NBA games? For the first time in what feels like forever, both games went down to the wire, making for an exciting evening for fans.

If you tailed our Underdog player props from last night, you’d know that we went 1-1, as Donovan Mitchell ended up sitting out at the last minute. We had a good read on Jayson Tatum’s points line, but due to his efficiency, he hit the over on this total. At least we crushed Luka Doncic’s rebounding line!

With our success from yesterday in mind, we’re running it back for tonight’s two games. The first matchup is between the New York Knicks and the Indiana Pacers, followed up by a game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Denver Nuggets.

Both series are tied at 2-2, so it will be interesting to see how everyone fares, especially as it pertains to individual players and their performances, which is what we’re focusing on tonight. Let’s take a look at our favorite props from Underdog, hoping to sweep the board this evening!

Tyrese Haliburton OVER 33.5 Points, Rebounds & Assists

We might seem like a broken record with Haliburton since we took this same line last game. However, in a must-win Game 5 tonight, we’re going back to the well.

Haliburton showed the Knicks that he’s here to play, and they had no answers for him, defensively. The Pacers need him to have a massive performance tonight, and we anticipate that he’ll deliver.

Josh Hart OVER 12.5 Rebounds

It’s hard to bet against Josh Hart and his elite rebounding prowess. Hart is an exceptional rebounder for a guard, as he has averaged 12.3 per game throughout the series.

If you take out his performance with just three rebounds in 24 minutes last game, that average jumps up to 15.3. Look for Hart to fight hard on the glass tonight, getting closer to his series average and hitting the over in this spot.

Karl Anthony-Towns OVER 29.5 Points, Rebounds & Assists

Anthony Edwards might be the star of this Timberwolves roster, but KAT is an equally important piece. He and Rudy Gobert are a fantastic duo of big men, and when they’re playing well, they are tough to stop.

KAT can get it done by scoring in the paint and beyond the arc, and while we anticipate him to have close to 25 points tonight, we also expect him to have at least five combined assists and rebounds.

Christian Braun OVER 5 Points

Despite the Nuggets being favored in this game, we believe the Timberwolves will come out on top. If they take an early lead, Christian Braun could see increased playing time on the Nuggets side of the ball, which should give him more scoring opportunities.

We like Braun’s odds of scoring at least six points tonight and are recommending his point total over as a result.
