3 College Football Best Bets for Week 13: Pavia Takes Aim at LSU!

College Football Week 13 weekend is here, and we have a lot of interesting matchups on the board. As we wind down to the end of the season, some of these games loom large for finishing position.

Who will win the battle under the big lights in Yankee Stadium? Do the books know something about Auburn? And will we see any major upsets? I can’t wait to find out, I have given my 3 top bets for the weekend’s slate!

Notre Dame’s Strength, Size, & Speed Will Be Too Much

All respect to Army and their incredible season, clearly it stops here, and I think it ends by more than 20+. I do believe Army will stay in the gameearly on as teams feel each other out on the first few possessions. Overtime, Notre Dame in the trenches will be too big and powerful, they will wear Army down.

Notre Dame’s skill position players are also going to be much better on both sides of the ball. Jeremiyah Love should be able to find room running eventually and his + Leonard’s dynamic ability to run with the ball is going to cause problems over 4 quarters.

Daily has been fantastic for Army, but I do not believe he will have much running room on the Irish and there is no chance he will find success passing on this defense. Notre Dame has held 9 of their 10 opponents to 14 points or less and I don’t see Army getting past 17. Army allowed Eastern Carolina to drop 28, Notre Dame can reach the 30s here.

LSU Is In Shambles!

LSU is going to be a HOT topic going into the off season. I am sure Brian Kelly is safe, but I don’t see how. They just lost the #1 recruit of the 2025 class, QB, to Michigan last night. After reaching #8 in the country, this team fell off a cliff.

LSU has lost 3 straight blowout losses. Texas A&M was closer than the final score appears, but they have been waxed the last two weeks by Alabama and Florida. Against Florida, LSU averaged 4.3 yards/play and allowed 7.9. They also allowed Florida to gain 339 total yards on just 18 minutes of possession!

I think Vanderbilts offense is much more dangerous with Pavia, especially coming off a bye week. Vanderbilt as a dog has been fantastic this season, covering this line in 90% of their games and are looking for a bounce back from their loss to South Carolina. Give me the Commodores and Pavia as dogs to keep this close!

My Best Bets (2):

Notre Dame -14 (-110) Bet365

Vanderbilt +7.5 (-110)

Bonus Bet:
UCLA +6 (-125)
