Need some extra action on the diamond for tonight? Check out Our 2 Favorite MLB Strikeout Props for Monday, June 26. Good luck!

Luis Castillo UNDER 6.5 Strikeouts (-135) (BetMGM)

GULP! Man, this is a hard one to hit submit on, especially on a dynamic stater like Castillo.  That being said, the Nationals strike out less than any other team in Major League Baseball.

The Nats only strike out 6.91 times per game, which is pretty impressive for a bottom-tier team. The only real strikeout guy in the Washington lineup is Lane Thomas. Guys like Dom Smith and Luis Garcia put the ball in play on a consistent basis.

Castillo has Grade-A stuff, but he’s not been striking out as many hitters as in years past. He’s stayed under this K total in 9 of his 15 starts this season. The veteran righty has also struck out 6 hitters or less in 3 of his last 4. Take the Under!

Trevor Williams OVER 4.5 Strikeouts (+114) (Unibet)

Williams is an interesting case. He’s only struck out 58 hitters in 76 innings of work this season, but he’s been on a bit of a roll of late. The 31-year-old righty has gone over this total in 4 of his last 7 starts.

We couldn’t ask for a better matchup for Williams in the Seattle Mariners. Their offense has struggled for a large portion of 2023, and they rank 29th in strikeout rate. The M’s get rung up 9.76 times per game.

Julio Rodriguez, Teoscar Hernandez, Jarred Kelenic, and Eugenio Suarez have all struck out 90+ times this season. Look for Williams to mow down at least 5 Mariner hitters fairly quickly in this game. The plus money is a gift!
