NFL Week 11: Odds & Brief Breakdown for Each Game
The Kansas City Chiefs are standing in a spot the franchise has been in only five times before the 2024 NFL season. With their win last week over the Denver Broncos, Kansas City remains the last undefeated team in the league.
Kansas City will be looking to snap one streak this year, however. In those five previous instances, the Chiefs have never won a playoff contest, dropping all four playoff games in either the Wild Card or Divisional Round.
Although only time will tell if the Chiefs can end that futility streak, we’ll know more about who will be participating in the playoffs this season after several key matchups taking place during Week 11.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Detroit Lions (-13.5) Sunday 1 p.m.
The only team hotter than the Chiefs is the Detroit Lions (8-1), a squad that won seven straight contests. On Sunday, they’ll face the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-8), a team heading in the opposite direction with a three-game losing streak. This contest has the highest spread of the season for any NFL contest to date.
Green Bay Packers (-5.5) at Chicago Bears Sunday 1 p.m.
An important NFC North battle takes place as the Green Bay Packers (6-3) look to keep pace with the Lions and Vikings by beating the homesteading Chicago Bears (4-5). Chicago is looking to end their three-game losing streak with a victory on Sunday.
Los Angeles Rams (-4.5) at New England Patriots Sunday 1 p.m.
The Los Angeles Rams (4-5) will look to get back to their winning ways despite their short week as the NFC West squad heads north to face the New England Patriots (3-7). The Patriots had their way with the Bears last week and could keep up their momentum heading into the end of the season.
Cleveland Browns at New Orleans Saints (-1.5) Sunday 1 p.m.
A matchup of two teams with few playoff aspirations takes place in the Big Easy when the Cleveland Browns (2-7) head south to play the New Orleans Saints (3-7). It’s also a potential revenge matchup as Jameis Winston – who played for the Saints for four seasons – squares off against his former team.
Minnesota Vikings (-5.5) at Tennessee Titans Sunday 1 p.m.
The Minnesota Vikings (7-2) look to keep their two-game winning streak going when they face the Tennessee Titans (2-7). Minnesota is only one game behind Detroit for the NFC North lead while Tennessee dropped a close game to the Chargers on Sunday.
Indianapolis Colts at New York Jets (-3.5) Sunday 1 p.m.
The Indianapolis Colts (4-6) have lost three straight games, and they’ll look to snap that streak against the New York Jets (3-7). The Jets were humiliated by the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, and their defense will face Anthony Richardson in his return after being benched this season.
Las Vegas Raiders at Miami Dolphins (-7) Sunday 1 p.m.
Two franchises looking to build momentum for next season square off Sunday as the Las Vegas Raiders (2-7) head east to play the Miami Dolphins (3-6). The Raiders have lost five straight games and could be on the verge of a coaching change while Miami won their Monday Night battle against the Rams.
Baltimore Ravens (-3) at Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday 1 p.m.
The battle for AFC North supremacy takes place in Pittsburgh on Sunday as the Baltimore Ravens (7-3) play the Steelers (7-2). The Ravens have won two straight games while Pittsburgh is on a four-game winning streak. The winner will take sole possession of first place in the division.
Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers (-6.5) Sunday 4:05 p.m.
Second place in the NFC West is up for grabs when the Seattle Seahawks (4-5) visit the San Francisco 49ers (5-4) on Sunday. The Seahawks have dropped two straight games while San Francisco has a two-game winning streak.
Atlanta Falcons at Denver Broncos (-2.5) Sunday 4:05 p.m.
The Atlanta Falcons (6-4) can take a 2.5-game lead over the NFC South division with a victory over the Denver Broncos (5-5). Neither team looked to be in this position heading into the season as the Broncos had questions around rookie quarterback Bo Nix and the Falcons needed to see if quarterback Kirk Cousins could lead this franchise to the postseason in 2024.
Kansas City Chiefs at Buffalo Bills (-2.5) Sunday 4:25 p.m.
For only the second time this season, the Chiefs (9-0) are an underdog. Kansas City will travel for the premier mid-afternoon contest against the Buffalo Bills (8-2), looking to remain perfect on the year. Buffalo isn’t a slouch, either; the Bills have won five straight games and have complete control of the AFC East.
Cincinnati Bengals at Los Angeles Chargers (-1.5) Sunday 8:20 p.m.
The Sunday primetime matchup features the Cincinnati Bengals (4-6) against the Los Angeles Chargers (6-3). Cincinnati received a few extra days of rest after dropping a 35-34 decision to Baltimore while the Chargers are winners of three straight games.
Houston Texans (-7.5) at Dallas Cowboys Monday 8:15 p.m.
The finale of Week 11 features the AFC South’s leaders – the Houston Texans (6-4) – against the Dak Prescott-less Dallas Cowboys (3-6) for a battle in the Lone Star state. The Texans are looking to snap their two-game losing streak while Dallas has dropped four straight games.
Bye Week: Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
