NBA Monday: 3 PrizePicks Props We Love for March 27
Monday’s NBA card brings us 8 games to break down. The marquee matchup of the evening will be when the Sixers take on the Nuggets. It’ll be highly entertaining to see Joel Embiid square off against Nikola Jokic.
We went 2-2 with our NBA props last Friday. Jakob Poeltl and Jaden Ivey both cashed their rebounding props for us. Unfortunately, Dillon Brooks and De’Aaron Fox let us down, which kept us from a profitable evening.
Ready to cash some NBA tickets? We’ve scoured the betting board and found 3 PrizePicks NBA props that we love for Monday, March 27. Best of luck with your action!
Julius Randle UNDER 4.5 Assists
Randle is one of New York’s best-scoring threats, but he’s never been an elite passer. He’s only averaging 4.2 assists per game, which points us toward the Under. The Knicks only rank 29th as a team in assists per game.
The 28-year-old power forward has played against the Rockets 22 times in his NBA career. He’s stayed under this assists total in 16 of those games. Also, the Knicks are a 13.5-point favorite over the Rockets, so Randle could spend a few extra minutes on the bench late in this game.
For the season, Randle has dished out 4 assists or less in 47 of 65 games. Current form is also in our favor, as Randle has stayed under this total in 4 of his last 5 ball games. Take the Under!
Jaden Ivey OVER 5.5 Assists
We keep cashing tickets on Mr. Ivey, so we’ll keep riding him. Ivey’s only averaging 4.9 assists per game this season, but he’s been in great form of late. The former Purdue standout is averaging 6 assists per game over his last 5 outings.
We also love that Ivey has been getting more playing time lately. He’s been on the floor for about 5 extra minutes per game over his last 5. More playing time should equal more assists.
Ivey also performed well against Milwaukee back on January 23rd. He racked up 11 assists in that game, so those positive vibes will be flowing for him tonight. PointsBet and BetMGM are juicing the Over at -145.
Talen Horton-Tucker UNDER 4.5 Rebounds
For our final selection, we’re rolling with THT to stay under his rebounding total. The former Iowa State Cyclone has been getting some more playing time of late, which is a bit of a concern. However, we can’t ignore the fact that Horton-Tucker has stayed under this total in 43 of 60 games this season.
We’ve also got some nice market support on our side with this play. SI Sportsbook has the Under priced at -150, which tells us that the Under is the more likely outcome. It also doesn’t hurt that THT is facing the Suns tonight, who are 8th in the league in rebounding.
