Miami Marlins Name Hard Rock Bet Official Sportsbook in Multi-Year Deal

The Miami Marlins have locked in a new sportsbook partner with deep local ties. The MLB club announced a multi-year partnership with Hard Rock Bet, naming the Florida-based operator as the Official Sportsbook of the Miami Marlins through the 2028 season.

The deal brings Hard Rock Bet’s branding, promotions, and technology into nearly every corner of the Marlins’ fan experience, from loanDepot Park signage to the team’s broadcast partnership with Marlins.TV.

What the Partnership Covers

Under the agreement, Hard Rock Bet will roll out exclusive promotions, premium fan experiences, original content, and in-stadium activations at loanDepot Park, along with integrations across the Marlins’ digital platforms. The sportsbook’s branding will show up throughout the ballpark, including digital outfield signage and the MarlinsVision videoboard.

Hard Rock Bet will also be woven into Marlins.TV broadcasts, presenting live betting odds and promotional offers throughout the season as part of the telecast. Fans attending select home games will get access to exclusive in-ballpark offers, and the collaboration extends to social media campaigns and hospitality experiences as well.

Grand Slam Promotion Kicks Off in August

One of the most fan-facing pieces of the deal starts this month. Beginning in August, eligible fans 21 and over attending Marlins home games can participate in the Grand Slam promotion, earning a bonus bet through the Hard Rock Sportsbook app any time the Marlins hit a grand slam. It’s the kind of in-game tie-in that’s become increasingly common as sportsbooks look to turn live moments into real-time engagement with bettors in the stands.

“As the sports betting landscape continues to evolve, Hard Rock Bet represents foundational innovation and leadership which we are excited to welcome to our Marlins family of partners,” said Robert Gelman, Miami Marlins Vice President of Partnership Development and Marketing. “This partnership will deliver exciting rewards and experiences to Marlins fans and Hard Rock Bet players, along with unique content around the team and our games which fans will want to engage with.”

A Natural Fit in South Florida

Hard Rock Bet has built its identity around its South Florida roots, and the Marlins partnership plays directly into that positioning. “South Florida is our home, and the Marlins are at the heart of this community — making this partnership a natural fit for Hard Rock Bet,” said Lauren Varnas, Vice President of Brand Marketing at Hard Rock Digital. “Through exclusive experiences, in-game features, and engaging digital content, we’re creating new ways for Marlins fans to connect with the action all season long.”

The agreement adds the Marlins to a growing list of MLB clubs that have signed on with legal sportsbook operators as official partners, a trend that’s accelerated across the league as more states legalize mobile sports betting. For bettors tracking live MLB odds, the Marlins’ new arrangement is another sign of how tightly sportsbook branding and MLB team media are now intertwined, from ballpark signage to the broadcast booth.
