Lakers at Nuggets: 3 PrizePicks Props We Love for Game 1

Lakers at Nuggets 3 PrizePicks Props We Love for Game 1

The Los Angeles Lakers will head east to Denver to take on the Nuggets in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals. There are sure to be plenty of star-studded highlights in this game, especially from the likes of Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Nikola Jokic, and Jamal Murray.

The Nuggets are favored by 6 points over the Lakers, and the total is currently sitting at around 223 points at most online sportsbooks. Denver has been dominant at home this season, so LA may have their hands full in this one.

Ready for the Western Conference Finals? We are! Check out the 3 PrizePicks props we love for Game 1 between the Lakers and Nuggets. Good luck!

Anthony Davis OVER 2.5 Assists

We’ve cashed in on AD’s assists total a few times this season and will go back to the well again tonight in Game 1. Though Davis is more known for his scoring and rebounding prowess, he passes the ball exceptionally well for a big man.  The former Kentucky Wildcat has gone over this total in 5 of his last 6 ball games.

We love that the Nuggets only rank 15th in assists allowed per game. That tells us that the matchup should favor a Davis over in the assists department. We also like that Davis averaged 2.6 assists per game during the regular season. Let’s play the Over!

Nikola Jokic OVER 27.5 Points

Joker has been on a mission ever since Joel Embiid took home the MVP award. We expect him to make another statement in Game 1 against the Lakers. Los Angeles only ranks 21st in the league in paint points allowed.

Jokic has averaged 30.7 points per game through 11 playoff games this season. He also averaged 31 points per game through 5 playoff games last season. He’s gone over this point total in 7 of his last 8 games. This sure looks like another easy Over!

Lonnie Walker IV OVER 8.5 Points

Walker may be a role player that plays limited minutes, but he usually makes the most of his time on the floor. The former Miami Hurricane has gone over this total in 4 of his last 5 ball games. Walker should do just fine against a Denver defense that ranks 14th in opponent effective field goal percentage.

We look for the Lakers to give Walker plenty of minutes in Game 1, especially since he hit 3 shots from three-point land in his last game against Golden State. Walker also averaged 11.7 points per game during the regular season. Let’s make it a 3-0 sweep with these Overs!
