Heat vs. Bulls: 2 Player Props and Best Bet for Wednesday, April 16

Two more Play-In games are on tap tonight. Let’s focus on the 9/10 matchup in Chicago, where the Bulls will host the Miami Heat. The three times these teams met in the regular season, it’s been high-scoring affairs.
With Josh Giddey playing the best basketball of his career, I’m expecting Miami to get sped up and play at Chicago’s pace which means more scoring, more assists, and some long misses that turn into transition points for both of these sides looking to extend their seasons.

Duncan Robinson (MIA) 2+ Made Threes
Duncan Robinson has been a career 40% 3-point shooter in the postseason, showing up for Miami at some clutch moments down the stretch. He’ll need to have a big day against Chicago for the Heat’s season to continue to Atlanta for a chance at a postseason berth.
Robinson made 2.6 3s per game this season, while shooting six threes per game against Chicago this season in their three matchups. The Bulls will be focused on defending the Herro/Bam duo.
I think with Wiggins, Pelle Larsson, and Kel’el Ware all possessing some great playmaking skills, Duncan gets a handful of open looks tonight that he should knock down. He’s hit this mark in five of his last six outings.
Bam Adebayo (MIA) OVER 14.5 Rebounds & Assists
Post Jimmy Butler saga and post All-Star break, Bam Adebayo has remained a centerpiece of this Miami Heat offense. How about 20.6 PPG/8.7 RPG/4.0 APG for one of the best big men in the league?
Adebayo gets a plus matchup in Nikola Vucevic and with the Bulls trying to push the pace this game, I could see him ending up with 10+ rebounds fairly easily.
Bam didn’t have a huge impact in last week’s loss in Chicago, scoring just 18 points on 40% shooting. With Spo’s incredible turnaround adjustments, I expect Bam to be the MVP of the night.
Best Bet: OVER 219.5
Bulls. Heat. Play-In. A few teams that are used to greatness but have faltered as of late. Chicago started to get hot at the right time with Josh Giddey serving as a walking triple-double, and outside of JG, the Bulls have found some consistent scoring in their lineup between Colby White and Matas Buzelis.
Miami will want to play a half-court game but should get sped up at times with Giddey’s push-the-pace mindset and playstyle. In the three games these teams met in during the regular season, this ‘over’ was hit each time.
