Warriors vs. Rockets Betting Guide: 3 Player Props for Game 5

Warriors vs. Rockets 3 Player Props for Game 5

Happy Wednesday to all of you NBA fans out there! If you tuned into last night’s action, you’ll know that the Indiana Pacers made it to the next round, as did the Boston Celtics, who dominated the Orlando Magic throughout their series. The Denver Nuggets and New York Knicks both took 3-2 leads in their respective series, making for an exciting evening of basketball!

Last night was great, and tonight also proves to be a strong slate, with two Western Conference matchups going down. We’re focusing our efforts on the battle between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets, putting our top Underdog player props together from this one.

We went a frustrating 1-2 with our picks last night, but we’re hoping to bounce back in a big way and sweep the board. Let’s get into it!

Jimmy Butler OVER 18.5 Points

Jimmy Butler missed Game 3 of this series with an injury, and he seemed highly questionable heading into Game 4. However, he not only played, but he played his heart out, putting up 27 points in a much-needed performance against the Rockets, as the Warriors only won by three points.

Butler showed his teammates and the rest of the world that he’s healthy and ready to contribute in all aspects of his game. We are big Butler supporters in tonight’s game, believing he can put up at least 20 points to crush the over in this spot.

The Rockets have already locked Curry down in two separate games this series, furthering our belief that Butler will have a big night to help the Warriors stay competitive.

Alperen Sengun OVER .5 Double-Doubles

Alperen Sengun is a beast in the paint for the Rockets, one of their best contributors all season. He crashes the boards hard, working for every rebound, and he can certainly put up points, especially in a favorable matchup against a team like the Warriors.

Sengun has had double-doubles in three of four games this series, missing the mark by one rebound in Game 1. With that in mind, we’re projecting him to do it again tonight, putting his best foot forward to keep the Rockets in this series.

Jalen Green UNDER 16.5 Points

Jalen Green has put a weird series together. He started with seven points in Game 1, followed that up with a 38-point performance in Game 2, and then had less than double-digits in Games 3 and 4.

He’s an unpredictable player in the scoring column, but seeing how he’s struggled under pressure throughout this series, we’re fading him tonight until he shows us that he can be a consistent scoring threat.
