3 NBA Player Props for Friday May 10: Gobert Should Dominate the Glass
Happy Friday, everyone! We hope you’ve had a great week thus far, but it’s certainly not over yet. There are two great NBA games on the slate tonight, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to talk about them.
We provided three player props from Underdog from last night, with our picks going 1-2. We had a great read on Evan Mobley, but sadly, he was one rebound shy of going over his total. Luka Doncic’s triple-double line was also juicy, but sadly, he also fell short.
The good news is that tonight is a new night. We have more props to discuss, so without further fanfare, let’s get into it!
Jalen Brunson UNDER 35.5 Points
Man. It pains us to bet against Jalen Brunson, but we have to take the under on his point total tonight, given how high the line is. He has averaged 35.5 points throughout the playoffs to this point, but after a couple of emotional wins for his New York Knicks, we think that a regression is possible.
The Knicks are on the road against the Indiana Pacers tonight, and after those two games and a lot of travel, look for Brunson to still have a good game, but achieve less than 36 points.
Tyrese Haliburton OVER 33.5 Points, Rebounds & Assists
If the Pacers are going to win tonight, they’ll need a big game from Tyrese Haliburton. He is the unquestioned leader of this team, even if he’s had a few questionable performances.
Haliburton can turn it on when needed, and in a home game down 2-0 in the series, this is the type of night for him to shine. We love this line for Haliburton tonight and would take it all the way up to 35.5.
Rudy Gobert OVER 12.5 Rebounds
What’s that they say about dad strength? Whether it’s a myth or a fact, people say that when you have children, you get stronger.
Thankfully for Rudy Gobert, he just welcomed a new child into the world, and we’re buying into the narrative that he’s going to have a big game.
Gobert is coming off a Defensive Player of the Year award, and with the Minnesota Timberwolves up 2-0 in this series over the Denver Nuggets, we like his odds of smashing this rebound total.
