NFL Week 16: Four Anytime Touchdown Player Props to Hammer

NFL Week 16 Four Anytime Touchdown Props to Hammer

With Christmas just around the corner, the NFL action is delivering more excitement than one jolly old fat man from the North Pole. All 16 teams are in action this week with games spread out over four days.

It’s also a great time for fans to jump into action and earn some serious cash before the holidays, especially with some of the matchups being presented this week. Which players should bettors expect to have strong games this week? We’ll cover that below and reveal our top four NFL anytime touchdown player prop bets for Week 16.

Arizona Cardinals RB James Conner (-200)

The Arizona Cardinals have one of the more favorable matchups this week against the Carolina Panthers. After turning the tide against the New England Patriots last week, the Cardinals have this final out-of-division game to play before wrapping up their season against Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Running back James Conner is coming on strong to end the season as he scored twice last week to finish with at least one touchdown in two straight games. Carolina is allowing the most scoring opportunities to running backs this season, so he’s a strong bet to make it three consecutive weeks against the Panthers.

Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (+100)

The Indianapolis Colts continue to believe that second-year player Anthony Richardson can be a long-term solution at the quarterback position for them. In 10 games this season, he’s completed 47 percent of his passes for 1,683 passing yards and seven touchdowns against 11 interceptions.

While he’s not showing his capability through the air, he’s definitely showing his footwork in the running game. Richardson has 77 carries this season for 429 yards and five touchdowns – four of which have come in the past four games. Expect him to continue this trend and score against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

New York Jets WR Davante Adams (+125)

When the New York Jets traded for Davante Adams, the goal was to get quarterback Aaron Rodgers some help as the team made a push for the postseason. Those playoff aspirations did not come to fruition, but Adams has had a strong season with the Jets.

With the Jets, the wide receiver has pulled in 49 of 81 targets for 651 yards and five touchdowns in eight games. He’s scored in three straight contests, and the Los Angeles Rams – this week’s opponent – are allowing the third-most scores to wide receivers in 2024. Expect him to score at least once to keep his streak alive and cover this player prop bet.

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (+330)

The Cleveland Browns are in full shutdown mode, replacing veteran quarterback Jameis Winston with second-year project Dorian Thompson-Robinson. In two seasons, Thompson-Robinson has completed 51.4 percent of his passes for 540 yards, one touchdown, and seven interceptions.

With such a poor performance, why would bettors trust this young quarterback to complete a player prop bet? Because the Cincinnati Bengals – their opponents – are among the worst in the league at stopping tight ends from scoring. The Browns have one of the best in David Njoku, who has a strong connection with DTR. Expect him to score and cover the player prop bet.
