NFL Week 12 Betting Preview: Four Player Props for Sunday, November 24
Austin Ekeler and Rhamondre Stevenson are two running backs due to have some big performances, while Kyler Murray should continue to dominate Seattle’s defense with his legs in Week 12.
WR Josh Downs (IND) OVER 4.5 Receptions
The Lions’ defense allows the most catches and 2nd-most yards per game to opposing wide receivers. While this is half due to their soft coverage that doesn’t allow many deep plays and a negative game script for the defense, Josh Downs should be a focal point of the Indy offense in this Sunday matchup.
Downs has caught five or more passes 3 games in a row while hitting this prop number in 6 of 9 games played this season. As Anthony Richardson’s favorite target, this is the type of matchup Downs should dominate, especially with a positive game script.
RB Austin Ekeler (WAS) OVER 2.5 Receptions
Austin Ekeler might be sharing snaps with Brian Robinson, but he still remains a top target for Kliff Kingsbury, Jayden Daniels, and this high-octane Washington offense. Ekeler has hit this mark in 5 of 10 games this season while catching 8 passes in Washington’s loss last week.
Facing a Dallas defense allowing more than 10 YPC to the running back position, it’s an ideal matchup for Ekeler who has proven his value as one of the top receiving backs in the league.
RB Rhamondre Stevenson (NE) OVER 14.5 Rush Attempts
The Patriots will attempt to keep the ball out of Tua’s hands as much as possible in their Week 12 matchup and what better way to do this than to feed Rhamondre Stevenson. The Pats RB1 destroyed Miami’s defense in their earlier season matchup, rushing for 89 yards on just 12 attempts.
In what should become a possession battle, we like Stevenson becoming a workhorse once again in Miami. He’ll look to have his 3rd straight game with 15+ rushes and his 6th of the season.
QB Kyler Murray (ARI) OVER 4.5 Rush Attempts
Kyler Murray and the Cards are back in action, looking to win their 5th straight. Outside of his first career game against Seattle in 2019, K1 has gone for 5+ rush attempts in each game against the Cardinals division rival, averaging 7.1 rush attempts in 8 career games.
Expect this trend to continue on Sunday, especially with Murray’s fresh legs off a bye week. Kyler’s rushing attempts after a Cardinals bye? 4/11/10/DNP/6. All signs lead to a big rushing game from the MVP candidate.
