MNF Doubleheader: Best Bets and Some Bonus Props
Best Bet: Dolphins -13
The 4-8 Titans have lost 4 of their last 5 games. The latest was a 31-28 loss at home to the Colts. They are ranked 25th in the league in yards per game (314.8) and points per game (17.8).
They face the Dolphins on the road in this one. The 9-3 Phins are looking to stay in the race for the overall #1 seed in the AFC. They have won 3 straight and just demolished the Commanders 45-15 last week.
Tyreek Hill is getting some press about being a potential MVP candidate. As a team, they are 1st in the league in yards per game (437.3) and points per game (32).
We do not expect this to be close and for Miami to do what they typically do against under .500 teams. The Titans are allowing over 21ppg and have yet to face an offense as explosive as these Dolphins. Miami, at home, rolls throw these Titans for at least a 2 touchdown win.
Key Trends:
- Tenn is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games.
- Tenn is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games on the road.
- Miami is 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games
- Miami is 14-5 ATS in their last 19 games at home.
Best Bet: Packers -6.5
The Packers have won 3 straight games with the last 2 being uber impressive. They took care of the Lions on the road on Thanksgiving 29-22 before hosting KC and defeating them 27-19 last week.
Jordan Love has tossed 8 TDs over the last 3 games and is carrying a QBR of 117.5 over the same 3 games. On the season, they are allowing just 20ppg which ranks them 9th in the league.
The Giants are 4-8 but have won back-to-back games over Washington and New England by a combined 41-26. Tommy Devito has looked more than serviceable during his time under center. He has thrown 7 touchdowns and just 3 INTs. He has been hit a bunch; opponents have sacked him 26 times over his 4 starts.
While the Giants are playing better, they are nowhere near the same level as the Packers right now. While the Giants are coming off a bye, we do not believe they can keep this one close throughout with the Packers.
Jordan Love looks to be peaking as we head into the stretch of the season and are currently holding onto the last playoff spot in the NFC. Packers take this one on the road by double-digits.
Key Trends:
- GB is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games this season.
- GB is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games when playing as the favorite.
- NYG is 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games played on a Monday when playing at home.
- NYG is 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games against an opponent in the NFC.
